How fast can a bot be live in my server?

Rentals deploy in under 60 seconds. Sign in, pick a bot, authorize Discord, and the bot joins your server immediately. Configuration takes a few minutes depending on how much you want to customize.

Do you handle hosting, or do I host it myself?

We host. Every bot runs on our Pterodactyl-managed nodes with auto-restart, health checks, and DDoS protection. You never touch a server. Custom builds can be handed over for self-hosting if you prefer - just ask.

What if Discord changes their API?

We track Discord's API and SDK updates and patch ahead of breaking changes. Rentals are updated automatically. Custom builds on a maintenance plan get the same treatment.

Can I cancel a rental at any time?

Yes. Rentals are month-to-month. Cancel from the panel and the bot leaves your server at the end of the billing cycle. No cancellation fee.

How much does a custom bot cost?

It depends on scope. A small feature addition starts around $150. A full bot with tickets, payments, and dashboards typically runs $500-2500 one-time, plus optional monthly hosting and maintenance. You'll get a fixed quote in 48 hours after submitting a brief.

Do you store my bot's token?

For rentals, we issue a token from our own bot application that scopes only to your server's required intents. For custom builds where you own the bot, tokens are stored encrypted at rest and never exposed to the frontend or logs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal for traditional payments, plus crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC). Custom builds can also be invoiced for bank transfer if needed.

Can I see the source code of my custom bot?

Yes. By default, custom builds include source code delivery. You own the code. Rentals run on our shared codebase, so source is not delivered, but configuration is fully exposed in the panel.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Bbots.com or using any of our hosted bots, rental services, or custom development work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

02 Service Description

Bbots provides two primary services: rentals of pre-built Discord bots hosted on our infrastructure, and bespoke development of custom Discord bots according to a written brief. Both services are provided on an as-is basis with the uptime and support levels described on the relevant pricing page.

03 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the bots in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Not use any bot to harass, defraud, distribute malware, or facilitate illegal activity
Maintain accurate billing information
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license rented bots

04 Billing and Refunds

Rentals are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from the panel; the bot remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used. Custom development invoices are non-refundable once work has begun.

05 Uptime and Service Levels

We target 99.9% uptime across all hosted bots. Outages caused by Discord API incidents, your own server configuration, or force majeure are not counted against this target. Pro and Network tiers include a written SLA with service credits for unplanned downtime.

06 Intellectual Property

Pre-built rental bots are the intellectual property of Bbots. Custom-developed bots, where the engagement includes source code delivery, are owned by the client upon final payment, with Bbots retaining the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific code patterns.

07 Data and Privacy

We process only the data necessary to operate the bots: Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, and any configuration you provide. We do not sell data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bbots' liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

09 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Discord's terms, or engage in fraudulent payment behavior. You may close your account at any time.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in the panel at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
